Welcome to Citius. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI copilot for sales calls, including our website, Chrome extension, and dashboard. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Citius on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that company and represent that you have authority to do so.
Citius provides an AI copilot for Google Meet sales calls, including real-time coaching guidance during calls and automated post-call summaries, action items, and follow-up email drafting.
The service is delivered as a Chrome browser extension that integrates with Google Meet. It does not join meetings as a bot — it operates entirely within your browser and is invisible to other meeting participants.
Citius operates as a Chrome extension within your browser only. Your prospects and clients will never see a "Citius bot" in their meeting — because none exists.
To access most features of Citius, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Citius uses artificial intelligence to provide real-time coaching, research, and content. You acknowledge and agree that:
In many jurisdictions, recording a conversation without all-party consent is illegal. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the recording laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your meeting participants. Citius is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the transcription feature without appropriate consent.
You retain all rights to your CRM data, meeting transcripts, sales content, and any other proprietary information you bring to Citius. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
All software, algorithms, models, designs, and branding of Citius remain the exclusive property of Citius. You may not:
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant Citius an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to you.
You agree not to use Citius to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Citius offers a free plan with limited features. No credit card is required for the free plan.
Citius offers a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will be notified by email before your trial converts.
Paid features require a subscription. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How to cancel: Log into your Citius account and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Or email support@usecitius.com and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CITIUS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CITIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For enterprise customers subject to GDPR, Citius will enter into a DPA on request. Email support@usecitius.com with the subject line "DPA Request".
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
