We access only the data required to power your sales workflow — nothing more.

Citius AI is an AI copilot for sales calls, delivered as a Chrome extension that works within Google Meet. It provides real-time guidance during calls and automated post-call summaries. This requires access to certain types of data, described below.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from meeting participants before enabling transcription. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Citius AI assumes no liability for your failure to obtain required consents. Enabling transcription without participant consent may violate local laws.
When you sign up: your name, work email, company name, and job title. We store secure tokens to keep you logged into your account and to set up your workspace.
When you integrate your tools, we access data from:

We track how you use Citius to improve the product: which features you use, how often, and where you encounter issues. This data is aggregated and never tied to your sales content or meeting data.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Specific retention periods are as follows:

Account Deletion: When you delete your Citius account, all personal data, meeting transcripts, and CRM data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be retained.
We do not use your data to train models that serve other customers. Your interactions, meeting content, and sales data are used exclusively to improve your own Citius experience.
AI processing happens in the cloud. We send relevant context to AI providers to generate insights, summaries, and content. We minimise what we share — stripping out unnecessary personal details before sending data to AI systems.
We work with leading AI providers who are contractually prohibited from training on customer data.
Current AI Provider: OpenAI. All data sent to OpenAI is subject to a data processing agreement that prohibits use of your data for model training.

When you connect your Google Account to Citius, we access your Google Calendar and basic profile information (name and email address) only to provide Citius's features. Specifically, we use this data to:
We rely on trusted providers to deliver Citius securely. All providers are contractually prohibited from using your data — including your Google data — for their own independent purposes.

For Enterprise Customers: If your organisation requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to meet GDPR compliance obligations, please contact support@usecitius.com. We will provide a DPA on request.
